getEBusInfoByRoute

指定路線取得各站EBUS資訊

回傳值說明
id站點POIID
time到站時間(秒)
如果為0~60，會顯示進站中
如果為-1時，代表目前未發車
如果為null時，代表目前公務部門端無資料
desc文字訊息
一般會顯示"約X分"，一分內以內會顯示"進站中"
特殊定義 -1，代表目前未發車
-2，代表"交管不停靠"
